Building the future of San Juan
CONEQ S.A.S. is a leading engineering and construction company. Our guiding vision drives us to develop critical infrastructure, mining, and energy projects that transform the region.
Mission

Teamwork
The large-scale works we build demand multidisciplinary teams where coordination isn't optional. Teamwork is what makes it possible to execute where others can't.
Trust
More than 20 years operating in the same region can't be sustained without trust — among our own team, and from our clients in us. At CONEQ, trust isn't declared: it's built project by project.
Winning Attitude
There's no room to give up in construction. A winning attitude at CONEQ means the ability to keep moving forward when conditions get tough — and reach the goal because we committed to reaching it.
Respect
Respect for those who choose us, for the territories where we operate, and for the communities where our projects are located. It's not a statement — it's how we make every decision.
Passion
Passion at CONEQ isn't a talking point. It's a choice renewed with every project, every team that steps onto a site, every person who decides to join in building San Juan's future.
Continuous Improvement
Every year CONEQ is a stronger company than the last. Every project leaves a lesson. Today's standard always has to beat yesterday's.
Innovation
We integrate cutting-edge technology, automation, and artificial intelligence into our processes. At CONEQ, innovation isn't a trend — it's a real competitive advantage on every project.
Environment
CONEQ is committed to responsibly managing environmental impact on every project. We comply with current regulations, prevent pollution, promote the sustainable use of natural resources, and continuously improve our processes with an environmental lens. Sustainability is part of every project's design, not an afterthought.
Health and Safety
The safety and health of our workers is CONEQ's number one priority. No task is so urgent that it justifies doing it unsafely. Everyone goes home safe. Zero accidents. We provide safe workplaces, train our staff regularly, establish clear procedures, and foster a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility. IF IT'S NOT SAFE, IT DOESN'T GET DONE.
Human Resources
We invest in our team's professional development through continuous training and performance recognition. We prioritize hiring local talent, strengthening San Juan and the region's economic development. We combine decades of accumulated field experience with the energy of our young talent — that synergy is one of our biggest differentiators.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We promote equal opportunity and prevent any form of discrimination. At CONEQ, everyone — regardless of background, gender, age, or orientation — has equal access to professional development. We actively encourage the participation of local communities, people with disabilities, and women in technical and operational roles.
Alcohol and Drugs
CONEQ guarantees an alcohol- and drug-free workplace. Zero tolerance. The use, purchase, sale, or possession of alcohol and drugs is prohibited on our premises and during work assignments. We promote ongoing training and awareness on this policy, which applies to all staff without exception.
Cultural Heritage and Community
We understand that many of our projects operate in territories of deep history and cultural value. We commit to protecting the archaeological and cultural heritage of the communities where we work, operating with respect for their identity, and leaving a measurable positive impact in every work area — in jobs, infrastructure, and local development.
